I recently ordered a tawny rose scarf from your company for which Ms Holmes had very kindly provided a gratis gift box. I received the parcel this morning with your covering letter re replacement of scarf (out of stock) with a wrap in the same colour. Thankyou very much for doing this, the wrap is beautiful and the box is a lovely finishing touch. It is a gift for the midwife who delivered my baby and I am sure she will be thrilled!
