All orders are despatched from our warehouse in Scotland in the UK. If you are requiring delivery outside the UK, you may have to pay customs charges - please see below.

We despatch most orders within 48 hours of receiving order notification. You will receive a despatch confirmation by email, and usually also one from the carrier. If you do not receive an email, or have not received your goods within 5 working days please email us email@example.com. Delivery to offshore addresses and overseas will take longer.

Your delivery will require a signature Please give us your work address, or an address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. If no one is available to sign, either a card will be left or you will be sent an email so you can arrange delivery at a later date.
Your order will be despatched from the UK using either Fedex, DHL or Royal Mail International Signed For. Our warehouse selects the best option for your location. You will receive a despatch confirmation by email, and usually also one from the carrier. If you do not receive an email, or have not received your goods within 10 working days please email us firstname.lastname@example.org. If delivery address is different from your own, please provide the email address and telephone number of the recipient when you place your order.
Transport Costs are calculated automatically and will appear at checkout once you have entered your address details. Heavier items such as our fur throws and large orders, containing multiple items may require an additional carriage charge. We will contact you to advise and arrange additional payment.
Value Added Tax (MWT, TVA, GST etc) Please note that the price you pay on our website will not include our UK VAT (Value Added Tax) of 20% - a welcome saving for you there! Our website is designed to deduct this automatically from the price once your you enter your non UK delivery address. In turn, you may be required to pay your own country's / state's local tax which is calculated on the sum of the order value, carriage charge and import duty. If you are lucky and your parcel is tiny, it might slip through but we cannot guarantee this. It's a bonus that our alpaca products weigh so little and pack down tightly. The carrier will either email you or call you to arrange payment of this along with Import Duties if applicable - see below.
Import Duties may apply to overseas deliveries over the value of £UK135 - unless you're in the US where the threshold is a much more generous $USD800*. The carrier will either email you or call you to arrange payment of Import Duties along with Value Added Tax - see above - before they are allowed to deliver your goods to you. We have no control over this. Customs policies vary from country to country. We advise you, or your intended recipient, to contact your local customs office for more information.
*USA de Minimis Good news if you want delivery to the USA, you will not pay Import Duties on any orders under the value of $800. Orders over $800 will be liable to duties.
