Returns Policy

We pride ourselves on the quality of our alpaca clothing and want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If however, in the rare event you are not totally satisfied with the goods for any reason you may return them, unworn, within 28 days and we’ll exchange them or refund your money.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email mail@samanthaholmes.com and include name, order number and reason for return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless it is faulty, or if you have been sent the wrong product, in which case, we will refund your shipping costs.

A notification will be sent to you to confirm despatch of the replacement item.

If you are sending an item over £40, please use a trackable shipping service. 

Once we have received your return, we will refund your credit card or original method of payment within 5 days.  Please note refund processing time varies from one payment processing company to another.

If you received the item as a gift, purchased by another person from our website, but delivered directly from us, please email us to advise the order number.  We will arrange a replacement or exchange for you.  Refunds can only be made to original buyer.

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.

International Returns

If a customs declaration form is required, please mark the goods as a 'Returned Item' to avoid customs fees.  If you do not do these, the return may be rejected. 

Please note that return postage of international orders will not be refunded.
